A garden house that does not require a building permit. The unheated small house is intended for summer use. The size and functions of the house can be changed if desired and built into a garden house, campsite, home office, sauna, or barbecue house. The house has floor-to-ceiling windows that offer beautiful views of the starry sky on hazy summer evenings. It is possible to add a window inside the wall element. The product details are in wood-ready form and packed in a box. The house can be assembled by the client using the assembly instructions. If desired, it is also possible to order assembly with finishing from our factory team. In this case, there are two options: either assembling the house on the client’s plot or in the factory and transport it to the desired location. It is possible to order both basic and additional equipment for the house.

Basic equipment

The frame is made of glulam. The wall and roof material is pine board with a special profile. The floor covering material is 28 mm solid pine board. The wooden parts are connected with powder-coated metal carriers. The windows consist of 5 mm thick tempered glass. The type and shade of the glass can be chosen upon request. The front door is made of solid wood and has a safety lock. The roof is covered by a 1.5 mm thick powder-coated sheet.

Additional equipment

The list of additional equipment depends on the purpose for which the house is intended. Additional equipment includes partition, suspended ceiling, ladder, integrated shelves and benches, desk, gas or charcoal grill with chimney, sauna bench, electric or wood heater and chimney, toilet and shower, and kitchenette with appliances.
