Insulated house with exterior and interior finishes

Cross-laminated timber is a very strong structural material, and thanks to its aesthetic appearance, it can also be widely used as an interior finishing material. This allows you to save on the cost of interior finishing work, such as plastering, wallpapering and interior lining work. Thanks to the use of cross-laminated wooden material in the interior decoration, a natural and healthy air humidity balance is ensured in the rooms. If desired, it is still possible to cover the interior walls with another interior finishing material. The floor, walls and ceilings are insulated with 100 mm PUR foam and, by combining it with cross-laminated wooden boards, very good thermal performance is achieved. The heat index of PUR foam is proportional to 200 mm wool, so the walls and ceilings can be built thinner, and the house has an additional 2.7 m2 net area. PUR foam is long-lasting, withstands time, does not collapse, and there are no cold bridges. Glass surfaces contain triple glazed units. The glass wall of the living room is equipped with a sliding door. The interior doors are made of cross-laminated wood, which is a beautiful and minimalist design solution. The steam room door is made of tempered bronze glass. The front door has a security lock. The roof material is a powder-coated classic profile. The sheet metal thickness is 0.6 mm. This ensures rigidity and longevity of the roof.

Water and sewage

Water and sewage pipelines will be installed on the house, which ensures readiness for connecting the pipeline to the external route.

Electricity (wiring and shield)

The electrical wiring and the shield are installed by a certified electrician before the insulation work. With this, the preparation for connecting plugs, switches, lighting, ventilation, heating, and the Internet has been solved.

Additional equipment

Ventilation

You can choose between two types of ventilation: fresh air valves or a local ventilation unit with heat recovery. Through a traditional fresh air valve, polluted air is removed by draft. In the case of ventilation with heat recovery, air exchange takes place through an energy-saving device, which helps to save on heating costs. Contaminated air leaves the building, and using its heat, the device lets fresh air back in. If the house has no cold bridges and is energy-efficiently insulated, it is recommended to use ventilation with heat recovery. The investment on insulation makes no sense if the heat goes out through the ventilation. A forced fan will be installed in the toilet and shower room.

Heating

Air-to-air heat pump and/or infrared floor heating mats. An air-to-air heat pump is a suitable solution for a modular house. In addition, infrared floor heating mats can be installed under the floor covering. Infrared mats can also be used as the main heating source. Floor heating mats are a modern, affordable, and energy-saving solution for heating rooms, and their heat distribution is uniform. If Wi-Fi is available, it is possible to regulate the heating remotely with a smart device. A water boiler is installed in the house to heat domestic water.

Electricity (lights, plugs, switches, etc.)

Lights, plugs, switches, draft fan, and hot water heater are installed by a certified electrician. It is possible to choose all the necessary electrical accessories according to your wishes.

Two-in-one solar panels

Classic profile roof panels can be combined with two-in-one solar panels. It does not affect the exterior of the house and helps to significantly save on electricity bills. The maximum productivity of solar heating depends on the direction of the house in relation to the weather arcs and whether there are obscuring objects nearby. If there is a desire to choose an integrated solar roof, the location and layout of the house must be planned in advance so that the productivity is as high as possible.

Flooring material

Parquet is the covering material for the living room and bedroom floors. You can choose between different parquet types, such as laminate, vinyl, or natural parquet. The floors of the toilet and steam room and the floor and walls of the shower room are covered with ceramic tiles.

WC/shower room

The floor and walls of the toilet/shower room are covered with waterproofing and tiled. A draft fan is installed in the outer wall to exhaust moist air.

Steam room

The floor is covered with waterproofing and tiled. The equipment of the steam room includes a seat/bench, interior lining, an electric or wood heater and a modular chimney.

Kitchen furniture and appliances

The kitchen furniture includes BEKO brand appliances. The standard equipment includes an electric stove, a refrigerator, a hood, a sink and a faucet, and a hot water boiler. It is possible to order the kitchen worktop and appliances according to your wishes.
